Today, I am going to buy a colon cleanser. For the past week, I have been eating a lot and my bowel movement is not normal. No matter how I eat a lot of fibers and fruits but it didn’t help. I need to clean my intestine because it feels like comfortable. It seems like my tummy is getting bigger too.
